Return Policy
Online Orders
The Little Children’s Shop gladly accepts returns postmarked within 14 days of the shipment date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items may be returned by mail to the return address listed on your shipping label or dropped off in person at our store location.
All returned clothing must be unworn, in mint condition, with original tags attached. We are unable to make exceptions. Sale items and markdowns are final sale and not eligible for return. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned within 10 days for store credit only. Store credits are valid for in-store use. Items must be unworn, in mint condition, with original tags attached, and a receipt is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
